Not investment advice

Corva is a research tool. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial planner or fund manager, and it is not licensed as any of those in any jurisdiction. Nothing Corva produces is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

Every figure, score, valuation, verdict and piece of drafted text is a starting point for your own work. Some of it is generated by language models, which can be confidently wrong. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Verify anything you intend to act on against primary sources — company filings, exchange announcements, audited accounts.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for any losses arising from them. If you need advice about your own circumstances, speak to a licensed adviser in your country.

Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

Corva provides access to live market data, computed financial screens, an AI-assisted company research report, and a qualitative checklist. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that include a fixed number of company reports per calendar month:

A report is one company researched within one calendar month. You may run every section your plan allows on that company, and reopen it as often as you like, and it still counts as one report. Quotas reset at the start of each calendar month and unused reports do not carry over.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; do not share credentials. We may suspend accounts used to resell access, to scrape the service in bulk, or to attack the infrastructure.

3. Your research is yours

The notes, answers, checklists and reports you create remain yours. We do not publish them, sell them, show them to other users, or use them to train models. We access individual accounts only where necessary to fix a fault you have reported, or where required by law.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then revert to the free tier with your saved work intact.

Refunds: if you are unhappy with a paid plan, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that month in full, no explanation needed. After 14 days we do not refund part-used months, because each report carries a real research cost the moment it runs. If the service is materially broken for a sustained period, we will refund regardless of timing.

5. Availability and limits

Corva depends on third-party market data and language-model providers. Those can fail, rate-limit or change without notice, and some companies — especially small or thinly covered ones — simply have little reliable public data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and a research run that returns "unsure" or leaves gaps is working as intended rather than failing.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corva's total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of anything the service produced. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may change these terms or the plan contents. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will email subscribers before it takes effect, and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the current period.

Privacy Policy

What we store

What we do not do

No advertising trackers, no analytics that follow you across other sites, no selling or sharing of personal data, no marketing email you did not ask for. The only cookie we set is the session cookie needed to keep you signed in, which is why there is no consent banner — there is nothing optional to consent to.

Who else sees your data

Only the processors needed to run the service: our hosting provider, our market data provider, the language-model providers that perform research runs, Stripe for payments, and our transactional email provider for password resets. A research run sends the company name or ticker you asked about — not your identity, your notes or your checklist answers — to the model provider.

Your rights

Email us to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your login, your saved reports and your notes. We keep the minimum billing record we are legally required to retain for tax purposes, and nothing else.
